Rubbed-out

Fay's new technique, she called it 'rubbed-out'. First she shaded the background with pencil, then using the rubber to 'rub out' the words. Have a look at 'Pumpkin' and 'Patsie' below.

She found an old bedsheet that picked up a needle and started sewing her very own teddy bear.  She just knows how to sew - I didn't teach her.  I thought she learnt at school, nope, she said 'Noone taught me, I just know how to sew, mum.'
